2-IN-1 EMERGENCY SURVIVAL ESCAPE TOOL
Originally developed for first responders (Firefighters, EMTs, and Law Enforcement agencies); this 2-in-1, safety and survival tool is an essential safety solution for all safety-conscious drivers.
The spring-loaded pin will crack and shatter the vehicle glass to allow you to evacuate your vehicle if you cant open the doors. Push the black end of the device onto the inside surface of your side window, it will spring and punch the glass surface, this will shatter the glass allowing you to escape the vehicle.
OPTIMAL SOLUTION: Feel safer in your own car with this emergency tool! Easy to use and practical, this safety survival tool can be used to break the car’s windows or cut the seatbelt quickly and easily, so you can save yourself and your loved ones.
2-IN-1 DESIGN: This car safety tool was designed to get you out of many possible dangerous situations. With a single small 2-in-in emergency tool, you can break the toughest car window and cut any seatbelt to free yourself and get out of the car faster and easier.
SMALL & PRACTICAL: This glass breaker is small, compact, and lightweight, so you can carry it around with ease and use it when needed. The underwater seatbelt cutter features a practical keychain so you can make sure this safety tool is always in your pocket.
MADE TO LAST: The 2-in-1 seat belt cutter features a sharp stainless-steel blade that allows you to cut through very durable materials with ease. The blade is corrosion-resistant and long-lasting, so you don’t have to worry about it getting dull.
UNDERWATER APPLICATION: One of the best parts about the auto glass breaker is that it can also be used underwater, which allows you to escape from a submerged car. Unlike other safety hammers, this tool is not damaged by water pressure, so it is reliable for you and your family.
To break the window, press the black head of the tool against the corner of the window and it will release the spring-loaded spike and shatter the glass. The rescue tool does not work on car windshields or non-tempered glass. It is effective only against tempered glass commonly used inside windows.
The 2-in-1 rescue tool attaches to your keychain with a detachable clip. In the event of an emergency, pull the tool away from the clip to reveal the blade. If the seatbelt is jammed, cut the belt by hooking the blade over and slicing it across.
How do I remove the safety blade clip?
Unsnap the clip (pull straight / brisk movement) using the keyring.
How do I know the type of glass used in my car?
Most sunroofs and rear windows are tempered. To figure out what kind of glass is in the side window of your car, you can look in the bottom corner. There may be a label that says 'tempered' or 'laminated.' If not, roll down the window and look at it from a bird’s-eye view. If it’s smooth and looks like one piece, it’s tempered. If it looks like a sandwich with a ridge, it’s laminated.
Is the 2-in-1 rescue tool reusable?
Yes! The survival tool is designed to be used more than 1 time!
The spring-loaded spike resets automatically and can be used multiple times.
The blade is very durable and can easily perform multiple seat belt cuts.
Seat Belt Cutter and Car Window Breaker
Attached to your keyring so it's a quick grab if you need to cut a seat belt or break a window to escape your vehicle.
Note: DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS TOOL ON VEHICLES NEWER THAN 2017 UNTIL YOU CHECK ALL WINDOWS (ESPECIALLY THE BACK WINDOW) TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AT LEAST ONE WINDOW THAT IS TEMPERED GLASS
Unfortunately, the government thought it would be a good idea to make the side windows laminated to limit the chances of being ejected in a roll-over. Check your back passenger windows, a sunroof, or the rear window which are most likely tempered glass.
