Thank you for supporting Adventures With Purpose. Every purchase helps fund real-world search efforts for missing persons and brings answers to families.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping timelines begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

United States Shipping

We currently offer one domestic shipping option:

Flat Rate Shipping – 5–7 Business Days

Flat-rate shipping applies to all U.S. orders.

Delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days after shipment.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking is included with every order.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier availability.

Delivery times vary by country and are provided as estimates at checkout.

Tracking is provided where available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless stated explicitly. 

The customer is responsible for any customs-related fees imposed by their country.

Customs processing times are outside our control and may affect delivery timelines.

Shipping Costs

U.S. orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

International shipping costs are location-based and calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping fees cover packaging, handling, and carrier transportation only.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Adventures With Purpose is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless explicitly stated at checkout. 

Some products or destinations may be restricted due to carrier or customs regulations.
